Introduction

    The DTMC-mK301 is a new-generation, multi-channel, ultra-high-precision thermometer readout developed for temperature metrology and calibration. It integrates high-accuracy electrical measurement technology, intelligent interface design, and application-specific functions to fully meet the calibration needs of both laboratories and fieldwork. The DTMC-mK301 measures: standard and industrial RTDs, thermocouples, thermistors, temperature transmitters, humidity sensors, DC current, resistance, and voltage signals. It supports ITS-90 and IEC 60751 standards and features built-in thermophysical conversion tools, intelligent sensor management, and broad compatibility across industries such as power, petrochemical, metrology, metallurgy, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and scientific research.

Application Accessory

Overview:

    The Automatic test of the DTMC-mK301-WK electronic scanning switch is mainly used for switching and collecting the signals of thermal resistance and thermocouple temperature sensors. 
    It is suitable for industrial scenarios that require batch multi-point temperature measurement. With its excellent performance and unique functions, the DTMC-mK301-WK scanning switch device provides an efficient and accurate solution for the rapid switching and data reading of multi-channel temperature signals.
    It can achieve the manual/ Automatic switching and data reading of multi-channel and multi-type temperature signals. When used in conjunction with the mK301 high-precision thermometer, the electrical measurement and temperature data of the channels can be viewed in real time and synchronously displayed on the touch screen interface of the thermometer.
 
Automatic Test System for Thermal Resistance:
DTMC-mK301G-WK electronic scanning switch device is deeply integrated with the mK301G high-precision thermometer, and together with the standard device and the constant temperature source, it forms a complete two/three/four-wire resistance measurement system. This system supports flexible manual/Automatic dual-mode operation, adapting to the needs of different detection scenarios; it synchronously displays the resistance electrical measurement value and the corresponding temperature value in real time, and completes accurate conversion through the built-in algorithm. All data are directly presented on the main interface of the mK301G, achieving efficient processing of the whole process from signal collection to result analysis.
 
Automatic Test System for Thermocouple:
DTMC-mK301G-WK scanning switch device is deeply integrated with the mK301G high-precision thermometer, and together with the standard device, the constant temperature source, the reference junction thermostat and the Pt100 sensor, it forms a complete thermocouple measurement and calibration system. This system supports the signal detection of the full series of S/R/B/K/N/J/E/T/We3/We5 type thermocouples, can Automatically complete the real-time conversion of the electrical measurement value/temperature value, and synchronously display it on the main interface of the mK301G, realizing the Automatic processing of the whole process from signal collection to result output, and ensuring the requirements for high-precision and multi-type temperature measurement.
