Introduction

     mK high precision thermometer is a new generation of multi-channel super thermometer developed for the field of temperature measurement and calibration and precision temperature measurement. It integrates high-accuracy electrical measurement technology, intelligent interactive technology and industry needs to fully solve the measurement and calibration needs of laboratory and field temperature sensors.

     mK high precision thermometer can measure RTD, thermocouples, thermistors, temperature transmitters, DC current and DC resistance, and DC voltage signals. It supports ITS-90 temperature scale and IEC60751 standard, has built-in thermal conversion software, supports sensor parameter management and intelligent sensor management functions, and has a wide range of uses in power, petrochemical, measurement, metallurgy, biopharmaceuticals, scientific research and other work. It is an ideal choice in the field of temperature measurement and calibration.

6.Sensor management function                

Supports management of 100 sensor data:The inspection certificate values ​​of the standard device (standard thermocouple, standard platinum resistance) can be directly stored in the thermometer. When the standard device is connected, the certificate value is Automatically brought in for calculation, and the electrical signal and temperature results are displayed synchronously.

Sensor data can be edited directly on the thermometer or through computer software.

Sensor data can be imported/exported via USB flash drive.

7.Smart junction box function

Supports storage and Automatic upload of standard platinum resistance certificate values, plug and play, no need to manually enter the certificate.

 9.Main interface display mode             

There are 5 display modes:

Single channel, dual channel, three channels, curve, table.

  • The single channel interface can display sensor type, temperature value, electrical signal value, maximum temperature value, minimum temperature value, average temperature value, and peak-to-peak value. The peak-to-peak value can be used to measure the fluctuation of the constant temperature source, and the peak-to-peak value statistical period can be set (5min/10min/30min, etc.). At the same time, the standard deviation, sampling rate, sampling period, temperature curve, etc. are displayed.
  • The dual channel interface displays the measurement results of the two channels CH1 and CH2 at the same time. When the thermocouple is connected, the cold end compensation temperature will be displayed.
  • The three channel interface displays the measurement results of the three channels CH1/CH2/CH3 at the same time.

CH3 can display the measurement results or be set to the difference between CH1 and CH2 without manual calculation.

  • The curve display interface can display the temperature curve of the three channels and the built-in cold end compensation, and supports functions such as zooming, screenshots, and one-click clearing of data.

The table interface displays the electrical measurement value and temperature value at the same time, which is convenient for viewing the original data.

Overview:

    The Automatic test of the DTMC-mK301-WK electronic scanning switch is mainly used for switching and collecting the signals of thermal resistance and thermocouple temperature sensors. 
    It is suitable for industrial scenarios that require batch multi-point temperature measurement. With its excellent performance and unique functions, the DTMC-mK301-WK scanning switch device provides an efficient and accurate solution for the rapid switching and data reading of multi-channel temperature signals.
    It can achieve the manual/ Automatic switching and data reading of multi-channel and multi-type temperature signals. When used in conjunction with the mK301 high-precision thermometer, the electrical measurement and temperature data of the channels can be viewed in real time and synchronously displayed on the touch screen interface of the thermometer.
 
Automatic Test System for Thermal Resistance:
DTMC-mK301G-WK electronic scanning switch device is deeply integrated with the mK301G high-precision thermometer, and together with the standard device and the constant temperature source, it forms a complete two/three/four-wire resistance measurement system. This system supports flexible manual/Automatic dual-mode operation, adapting to the needs of different detection scenarios; it synchronously displays the resistance electrical measurement value and the corresponding temperature value in real time, and completes accurate conversion through the built-in algorithm. All data are directly presented on the main interface of the mK301G, achieving efficient processing of the whole process from signal collection to result analysis.
 
Automatic Test System for Thermocouple:
DTMC-mK301G-WK scanning switch device is deeply integrated with the mK301G high-precision thermometer, and together with the standard device, the constant temperature source, the reference junction thermostat and the Pt100 sensor, it forms a complete thermocouple measurement and calibration system. This system supports the signal detection of the full series of S/R/B/K/N/J/E/T/We3/We5 type thermocouples, can Automatically complete the real-time conversion of the electrical measurement value/temperature value, and synchronously display it on the main interface of the mK301G, realizing the Automatic processing of the whole process from signal collection to result output, and ensuring the requirements for high-precision and multi-type temperature measurement.
