Introduction
The standard platinum resistance thermometer is a standard instrument for temperature measurement based on the characteristic that the resistance value of metal platinum wire changes with the single value of temperature. The ITS-90 international temperature scale stipulates that the standard platinum resistance thermometer is an interpolation instrument between 13.8033K (-259.3467°C) and 961.78°C.
The standard platinum resistance thermometer is the thermometer with the highest accuracy and the best stability when measuring temperature under the current production conditions. The standard platinum resistance thermometer is a measurement standard instrument used to transmit the international temperature scale. In the verification of various standard mercury thermometers; industrial platinum and copper thermal resistance thermometers; precision thermometers are used as standards. It can also be directly used for temperature measurement with higher accuracy requirements.
