Overview
The DTLH-Mob Portable Temperature and Humidity Calibration Chamber is custom-designed for field testing and mobile applications. It features a 304 stainless steel inner chamber (corrosion-resistant) and an outer electrostatic spray-coated protective structure, integrated with an omnidirectional locking caster system. Its compact design significantly reduces the overall size, meeting high-frequency mobility requirements and ensuring efficient deployment for field calibration.

Data Logging / Export (USB): Insert a USB drive to automatically log the chamber's operation data and temperature/humidity curve data into an Excel spreadsheet, and export it to the USB drive with one click.

Precise & Stable Temperature & Humidity Control: Utilizes high-precision temperature and humidity sensors with PID parameter self-tuning function for fast and stable temperature and humidity control; Built-in multi-point independent temperature compensation function ensures temperature indication error ≤0.1℃ and humidity indication error ≤1.0%RH after compensation, with small full-scale deviation guaranteeing detection accuracy.

Multi-segment PID Control: Multi-segment PID control for temperature (better control effect: small overshoot, fast adjustment, low Stability) and multi-segment PID for humidity (effective control). Transition from 40%RH to 60%RH takes only 15 minutes.

Intelligent Programming Function: Features multi-segment programming function. Frequently used temperature and humidity calibration points can be pre-programmed into the chamber, allowing one-touch start (or timed start) for automatic sequential execution; eliminates the need to repeatedly set points each time. Set once, then calibrate sequentially according to preset values thereafter.
