Products Description
The system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of the calibration chamber, monitors the temperature and humidity values of the calibration chamber in real time through a dew point meter, and automatically makes stability judgments. After the stability conditions are met, the system automatically collects standard data, and the user can manually input the calibration data. After the calibration is completed, the system automatically calculates the calibration results and gives the calibration conclusion.

DTSL Pro fully automatic temperature and humidity meter calibration system allows customers to customize the working mode according to different usage needs and different working scenarios.
Mode 1: Unattended-automatic Photo Taking System(DTSL Pro-svr2)
The system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of the calibration chamber, monitors the temperature and humidity values of the calibration chamber in real time through a dew point meter, and automatically makes stability judgments. After the stability conditions are met, the system automatically controls the camera robot and camera to locate each thermometer under inspection in order to take photos and archive them. When all calibration points are completed and the data processing page is entered, the user only needs to spend a few minutes to enter the inspected data based on the inspected pictures, and the system will automatically calculate the verification results and give the calibration conclusion.
Mode 2: Automatic Control Calibration System(DTSL Pro-svr1)

After the stability conditions are met, the system automatically collects standard data, and the user can manually input the calibration data. Mode 3: Data processing calibration system(DTSL Pro-svr0)
Set the temperature and humidity of the calibration chamber independently. After the equipment is stable, manually input the tested data into the system. After the input is completed, the system automatically calculates the calibration results. (Note: The mechanical thermometer and hygrometer is calibrated twice to calculate the average value, and the digital thermohygrometer is calibrated three times to calculate the average value.)
