Overview

DTS-B Portable Smart Calibration Bath is a high-precision, self-regulating temperature calibration device. It features excellent stability, a uniform temperature field, and accurate temperature control. Utilizing a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system and intelligent PID regulation, it achieves automatic temperature control. The unit has a compact structure, is lightweight, portable, and durable. It is suitable for on-site calibration/verification of various temperature sensors, including industrial platinum resistance thermometers, low-temperature thermocouples, sheathed thermocouples, working liquid-in-glass thermometers, standard mercury thermometers, bimetal thermometers, and pressure thermometers.

Unique overflow valve design：Integrated overflow valve and oil reservoir with a concealed handle for convenient on-site calibration and verification.

Adjustable Temperature Control Rate: Both heating and cooling rates are adjustable and can be freely set by the user.

Real-time temperature curve display：Real-time display of temperature curves with automatic fluctuation calculation.

Multi-point calibration：Supports automatic calibration/correction at multiple temperature points; fully automatic segmented temperature control with fast heating.

Overheat protection：Built-in overheat protection and temperature rise limit for safe and reliable operation.

Communication interface：Equipped with RS-232 communication port for connection with an upper-level host system.
