The intelligent temperature and humidity meter automatic calibration system is a completely new automatic temperature and humidity meter photo identification calibration system independently developed by Taian Dearto. The system is composed of a whole series of temperature and humidity calibration chambers (DTSL series, DTLH series), a precision dew point instrument, an industrial camera, a photo robot, database management software (automatic image recognition system) and an automatic calibration system. The system can realize automatic unattuned calibration of temperature and humidity meter, support multi-point automatic temperature control, humidity control, temperature and humidity meter automatic positioning, automatic photography, automatic identification, automatic calculation, automatic determination, and can be used for automatic calibration of mechanical temperature and humidity meter and digital temperature and humidity meter.

In the calibration process, the image recognition system can automatically take pictures and recognize them t the same time when the intelligent controller of the temperature and humidity calibration chamber is stable, without taking up time, and each temperature and humidity meter only needs about 3S recognition time. The recognition rate of digital thermohygrometer and pointer thermohygrometer can reach over 95% and 80% respectively
* High identification efficiency:
The temperature and humidity calibration chamber in the system will be successively controlled according to the inspection points required by the regulations. When each inspection point is stable, the system will wait 30 minutes for automatic collection according to the requirements of the regulations. In the whole calibration process, the photo identification time is basically negligible relative to the temperature and humidity control and stability time.

The system can be adapted to any temperature and humidity test chamber with a communication protocol and any precision dew point meter with a communication protocol (mice, Shenron, edited, etc.).
* Three working modes to be selected as required:
Taian Dearto provides three sets of temperature and hygrometer calibration schemes for different business requirements and working scenarios of temperature and hygrometer calibration, which are automatic calibration system, automatic camera system and auxiliary control system respectively.
(1) Full automatic calibration system:
Automatic photo identification calibration can be realized, and calibration conclusions can be drawn automatically without manual intervention during the whole calibration process.
(2) Automatic camera system:
It can realize automatic photo calibration. After starting the calibration, there is no need to be on duty, and the verified pictures will be saved to the system automatically. The staff can open the software in idle time to input the temperature and humidity meter reading, and automatically calculate and draw the calibration conclusion.
(3) Auxiliary control system:
Automatically control the temperature and humidity test chamber and dew point meter, automatically judge the stability conditions, automatically read the standard readings after meeting the conditions and give an acoustic-visual alarm to remind the staff to enter the temperature and humidity meter readings. After the reading is recorded, the calibration conclusion is automatically calculated.
