Overview
The Smart Electrical Measurement Dry Block Calibrator offers enhanced temperature field performance and temperature control accuracy. It features fast heating and cooling, self-calibration, intelligent communication, and user-friendly operation. Applicable across industries such as electric power, petrochemicals, metrology, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food production, mechanical engineering, and transportation, it is ideal for both laboratory and field calibration and testing, significantly improving efficiency for metrologists and test engineers.
Built-in calibration routines for thermocouples, RTDs, and temperature transmitters. Calibration is completed automatically upon setting parameters.
Wireless remote control
Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote control via mobile phone or PC.
Dual-channel electrical measurement
Includes one reference RTD input and one DUT channel supporting thermocouples, RTDs, and loop current measurement.
Intelligent reference thermometer
Aviation connector with embedded chip storing ITS-90 parameters. Automatically identified and plug-and-play capable.
Hart protocol support
Compatible with HART smart temperature transmitters.
Internal self-calibration
Supports internal sensor auto-calibration and external standard RTD-based control.
Multiple safety features
Uses materials compliant with V-0 fire-retardant standards. Equipped with over-temperature protection.
