The platform supports batch verification of up to 48 sensors under test, enabling simultaneous calibration of 48 sensors to meet high-volume testing requirements.

Supports multi-type sensor testing:
1. The automatic calibration platform performs automated testing and calibration on mainstream domestic and international brands including Vaisala, Rotronic, Michell, as well as various models of humidity sensors and temperature & humidity transmitters, featuring strong compatibility and wide application scope.
2. The platform supports two calibration modes: digital signal and analog signal, allowing flexible selection according to the type of sensor under test.
3. It meets the communication requirements of different digital sensors, covering common digital interfaces such as RS485, RS232 and UART.
4. Supports multi-channel standard analog signal detection, including DC voltage signals (0–1V, 0–2.5V, 0–5V, 0–1.5V, 0–10V) and current signals (4–20mA, 0–20mA).
5. Supports 4-wire Pt100 RTD temperature signal acquisition and detection for accurate temperature measurement data.
6. The platform integrates a 5V DC power supply module, which can directly power the sensors under test without external power supplies, simplifying on-site wiring and operation.

Customizable temperature & humidity set points:
Two methods are available for setting temperature and humidity points: users may follow the default test points specified in standards, or freely adjust points as required, with no limit on the number of temperature and humidity test points.

Automatic calibration calculation:
The system automatically calculates the temperature and humidity errors of sensors under test. Data exceeding tolerance limits are highlighted in red for rapid data analysis and result judgment.

Real-time data and status monitoring:
The system monitors the operating status of the calibration chamber, dew point meter and digital thermometer in real time. Status changes of standard instruments and the test chamber are synchronized on the software interface, allowing users to fully grasp the verification process and improving operational convenience and transparency.

Data reporting and certificate generation:
The system automatically generates test records and supports export and printing of raw records and calibration certificates, enabling standardized data management and efficient output to meet formal verification process requirements.

Intelligent device components:
The platform is equipped with an industrial touchscreen display for visual presentation and human-machine interaction.In sensor wiring verification and troubleshooting mode, users can manually switch channel numbers and signal types via the touchscreen.In automatic software control mode, the display shows the current channel number and corresponding signal type in real time, allowing flexible switching between automatic operation and manual intervention.

User-friendly operation platform:
1. The platform height is ergonomically optimized, and sensors are connected via press-type quick terminals, greatly improving wiring efficiency and ensuring convenient, labor-saving operation.
2. The base is fitted with sliding casters and a self-locking mechanism for flexible movement, transportation and secure positioning.
3. A dedicated bracket for digital instruments is integrated to optimize layout, enable close connection between acquisition devices and sensors, and ensure rational cable routing.
4. Cable clamping structures are provided on both sides of the platform to effectively organize wiring and maintain a clean and orderly work surface.
