Overview

The DTL-3P Multi-Zone Precision Thermocouple Calibration Furnace is a next-generation high-performance temperature calibration source independently developed by our company. Adopting three-zone independent temperature control technology, paired with high-precision sensors and intelligent algorithms, this product enables active regulation and optimization of the axial temperature gradient inside the furnace chamber. Each temperature zone is driven by the coordinated operation of an independent PID controller and power regulation module, creating a continuous and stable temperature plateau. It is primarily designed to meet the verification and calibration requirements of various standard thermocouples, as well as precious and base metal working thermocouples, across a temperature range of 300°C to 1300°C.

Advanced Three-Zone Independent Temperature Control Technology

This advanced technology optimizes the controllability and adjustability of the furnace chamber's temperature distribution. Users can flexibly adjust the parameters of each zone via dedicated software, enabling precise control over the furnace's axial temperature profile. It effectively compensates for thermal load fluctuations caused by variations in the length, quantity, loading method and sheath size of the calibrated thermocouples.

Customizable Furnace Bore Sizes for Precise Alignment with Diverse Testing Requirements

Furnace chambers are available in three standard specifications: φ40mm, φ60mm and φ100mm, engineered to match the calibration needs of different thermocouple types and facilitate easy loading. Custom chamber dimensions can be tailored for specialized application requirements.

High-Precision Intelligent Control System

Integrated with a high-precision multi-zone constant temperature control circuit and intelligent algorithms, the AI-based intelligent controller enables rapid heating and ultra-precise constant temperature regulation.

· Equipped with an intelligent touchscreen featuring multi-functional display windows for intuitive, streamlined operation

· Supports Chinese/English bilingual interface switching for global usability

· Boasts a full-range display resolution of 0.01℃, with three selectable resolution modes: 0.01℃, 0.1℃ and 1℃

· Allows free unit switching between Celsius (℃), Fahrenheit (℉) and Kelvin (K)

· Enables multi-point automatic temperature calibration and correction to ensure full-range display accuracy.

· Supports uniform heating at a preset rate for stable temperature transitions and precise process control.

· Provides real-time display of key operational data and active alerts for stability status anomalies.
